Articles needed for MBWP's fall newsletter

Hi gang,

For those of you who I haven't met yet, I'm the Technology Liaison for the MBWP. This means that in addition to administering this site, our FB page, and the MBWP website, I offer technology assistance/training to the membership and edit the MBWP newsletter.

Anywho, I'm posting this discussion because it's time to start thinking about putting together our fall newsletter. Since our first issue came out in the winter this year, this is our first fall newsletter & I'd like to make it special. Obviously it would be nice to have articles from the coordinators of the Professional Writing Retreat and Summer Camps, and to have updates from members about what they've done with their summer "break." So be thinking about those things.

But since this is the Back-to-School issue (of sorts), it might be really inspiring to have a few classroom reflections, projects, and news items written by our Summer Institute Fellows. The newsletter would be a great place to share your research with the rest of the membership, reflect on what you are/are not doing differently this year after the ISI, tell us what's next for you, or even just provide some stories or anecdotes from the ISI.

If you have a story idea, idea for an ongoing series or column, or if you just want to help out with the newsletter, please let me know. You can post ideas to this discussion or email me at [e-mail].
